Good news UK Windows Phone fans, if you were looking forward to getting your hands on an affordable Windows Phone handset, it looks like the ZTE Tania is finally making its way over to your country. The handset was released last year in China but it looks like an international release is slowly happening. It is expected to cost £10 to £20 per month on contract, but unfortunately no word on how much an unlocked version or US version will cost just yet, but given that ZTE (along with their rival Huawei) is known for their affordable and budget-friendly devices, we don’t expect the ZTE Tania to be breaking the bank any time soon.
As far as its specs are concerned, the ZTE Tania features a 4.3” 480×800 display, a 1GHz processor, 4GB of internal storage, a 5MP camera with LED flash with 720p HD video support, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and will come loaded up on Windows Phone 7.5 Mango. The specs don’t appear too shabby which we guess is one of the perks of Microsoft’s strict requirements when it comes to manufacturing Windows Phone handsets.
