Windows Phone 8107 update rolling out, addresses keyboard bug

Windows Phone users, if you have been plagued by the rather annoying bug that apparently causes the onscreen keyboard to disappear while typing, the good news is that it looks like Microsoft is finally rolling out a Windows Phone update that is expected to address that issue along with several other fixes which you can see in the changelog above.

This will be the Windows Phone 8107 update, and based on various reports, unlocked users in South Africa and Italy have already received the update. Word also has it that Bell in Canada will be receiving the update soon. No word when the update will start rolling out those on locked devices (such as those who are on contract with US carriers), but assuming the update rolls out at the same pace when Mango was being released, we’re guessing it shouldn’t take too long before the Windows Phone 8107 update arrives for all users.
