Can’t wait to get your hands on Sony’s upcoming Xperia S Android smartphone? While we don’t have a definitive release date just yet, let’s hope that the device’s recent appearance on the FCC is an indication that we are just a couple of steps away from actually seeing the device being released on US soil. The Sony Xperia S was spotted recently at the FCC, presumingly waiting for its approval, and appears to be sporting GSM/UTMS/HSPA radios (850, 900, 1900, 2100MHz) which seems to indicate that AT&T could be the carrier the device will be launching on.
