Sony Tablet S and Tablet P receiving Android 4.0 update in spring

For those who bought Sony’s Tablet P and Tablet S, the good news is that according to Sony, the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update will arriving on both tablets during the spring, which coincidentally is the same time that Sony’s line of Xperia smartphones are expected to receive its Android 4.0 update as well.

While no specific date was mentioned, we guess it’s still good news. However there will be an update before Android 4.0 which is expected to bring about Microsoft Office functionality to the tablets, but unfortunately Sony deigned to reveal anything more than that for now.
