Real Steel game for Android now available

If you enjoyed the Real Steel movie (starring Hugh Jackman and Evangeline Lilly), you might be pleased to hear that you will now be able to participate in some robot boxing of your own – on your Android phone at least. Yup, it seems that the game has made its way onto Android devices and will feature a couple of gameplay modes that should be able to keep you entertained for a while at least.

For starters the game will feature a Tournament mode that basically lets you challenge a whole roster of robot opponents, while Free Sparring mode will let you go up against any robot of your choice to hone your skills. You should be able to unlock the rest of the robots as you progress, with the ultimate goal for the player is to beat Midas (we’re wondering why not Zeus, but oh well). The game will set you back $0.99, so hop on over to the Android Market for the download, or check out the video below for the trailer for the game.
