Motorola XT615 is yet another slim smartphone

If slim phones are your thing, but the Motorola Droid RAZR is a bit out of your price range, you may want to take a look at yet another slim smartphone offering by Motorola in the form of the XT615. It’s not the most powerful smartphone available, but for its price we guess we can’t really complain, not to mention its slim form factor (9.85mm thin) will probably be its selling point.

As far as its specs are concerned, the Motorola XT615 features an 800MHz processor with 512MB of RAM. It will come with 1GB of internal storage and a 4” 480×854 display. It will also feature an 8MP camera with LED flash and will come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread on board. Like we said, it’s definitely not one of the more powerful Android smartphones available in the market, but with a price of HK$2,698 (~$348) unlocked, it certainly looks like a more affordable alternative to the Droid RAZR, assuming that a slim form factor is your main priority.

At the moment it appears to be released in Hong Kong and there is no word if and when the Motorola XT615 will be making its way stateside or into international markets.
