If you’re in the market for a new tablet but don’t have a lot of money to spare, you might be interested in checking out Idolian’s IdolPad, an Android tablet that has been priced at $99 which should be somewhat affordable for most of you guys. So what sort of hardware are we looking at here with the IdolPad? Well for starters users can expect a 1GHz Cortex A9 processor with 512MB of RAM under the hood, a 7” resistive touchscreen 800×480 display, 4GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot, HDMI out, a 3,200mAh battery and it will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The resistive touchscreen is a bit of a put off given how capacitive tends to be more sensitive and intuitive, but if money is a concern, perhaps the IdolPad may be able to tide you over for now.
