Xiaomi M2 rumored specs surfaces

For those living in China, you may or may not have gotten your hands on the Xiaomi M1 Android device, and if you were impressed by its specs now, rumor has it that the company has another Xiaomi phone in the works which many expected to be dubbed the Xiaomi M2.

Based on its rumored specs, the Xiaomi M2 will see a boost in its performance, namely a 4.6” display, a 2.5GHz CPU (not sure if it was a singe, duo or quad-core processor), 2.5GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a 12MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on board and will be priced at only 2,499 Yuan (~$394).

Sounds like quite the powerhouse, doesn’t it? Undoubtedly if these specs turned out to be true, it could very well give other Android manufacturers a run for their money, but for now we’ll treat this as a rumor and take it with a grain of salt until Xiaomi actually comes forward with some official information of their own.
