It seems like the Galaxy Nexus that was supposed to head Verizon’s way has received its final update to Android 4.1. Verizon has apparently been rigorously testing out the device which might explain why the device has yet to receive an official launch date, but good news is that this update appears to be the final update (before release) so it could indicate that the device might be ready for release.
We’re not sure about what this update will be bringing to the phone apart from its usual improvements in performance, but other than that we’ll keep an eye out on any official announcement from Verizon regarding the release, so check back soon!
