Verizon announces white Motorola Droid RAZR

About two weeks ago we reported that a white version of the Motorola Droid RAZR was supposedly in the works thanks to a leaked internal screenshot. Given that white colored devices seem to be the rage these days, we can’t say that we were surprised to hear that a white option was available, and now Verizon has confirmed all of that by officially announcing the white Droid RAZR.

We have to admit that the white colored Droid RAZR does look pretty good, but unfortunately that’s where the buck stops. Apart from a new coat of paint, the internals of the device remain the same but we’re guessing that most of you guys probably knew that already. No word on when we can expect the white version to hit the stores, but like its black colored predecessor, it will be priced at $299.99 with a two year contract.
