Motorola Droid receives Android 4.0 port

If you are still hanging on to your Motorola Droid and have no concrete plans to upgrade at the moment, how about experiencing some Android 4.0 goodness on your device first before making a decision? Yes, you read that right, the Motorola Droid is receiving the Android 4.0 port albeit not in the official capacity.

It seems that some developers have not forgotten about the Motorola Droid and are currently working on porting Android 4.0 onto the device. It’s pretty much a pre-pre-alpha stage which means that little to zero functionality is available, but hey it’s still better than nothing, right?
