Motorola DROID 4 appears in Best Buy ad

The Motorola DROID 4 has been much talked about, much rumored about but apart from leaked photos and screenshots, nothing is official yet. What we do know is that the device is expected to see a launch on Verizon but the carrier has yet to officially announce the device’s availability/date/pricing, but thanks to Best Buy, the DROID 4 has popped in a Best Buy ad.

It could be that the ad was intended to be released when the device is finally made available, but either way at this point in time the DROID 4 remains pretty much a mystery as far as its release date is concerned. However for fans looking forward to the QWERTY slideout keyboard phone which seems to have drawn some design inspiration from the Photon 4G and Droid Bionic, recent rumors have pegged the device for a February 2012 release, which is pretty much all we have to go on at this moment.
