JXD S7100 combines PSP-like controls with an Android tablet

If you’re looking for a portable gaming console and a tablet, you might want to check out JXD’s S7100 Android tablet which appears to pair Sony’s PSP-like hardware gaming controls together with a tablet interface and software, which it is currently running on Android Froyo 2.2.

The S7100 features a 7” 800×480 touchscreen display, a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, Mali-400 graphics core, 512MB of RAM, 2MP rear-facing camera, 0.3MP front-facing camera with 16GB of internal storage. As you might have surmised from the photo above, the JXD S7100 also appears to have used some Apple icons and its design for it’s user interface, but then again for $140, we weren’t sure what we should be expecting.
