US-bound Samsung Galaxy Note caught on camera?

While other countries in the world are enjoying the Samsung Galaxy Note, those of us stateside have yet to get our hands on the device in the official capacity, but if these leaked photos are any indication, our wait could soon be over.

Pictured above is the Samsung Galaxy Note, and interestingly it appears to be missing its homescreen button. If you have been following the pattern, it seems that whenever Samsung’s Galaxy phones hit the US or Canada, the homescreen button is immediately done away with and replaced by a touch sensitive button in its place. This is apparently done to avoid any legal complications with Apple who may or may not try to claim that Samsung is infringing upon their patents.

So could this mean that the Galaxy Note could be upon us soon? We can only hope so, especially since South Korea has managed to get their hands on an LTE version of the Galaxy Note which puts us about two devices behind.
