Nokia Champagne Windows Phone device outed

We know that at the moment, two Nokia Windows Phone devices exist, at least in the official capacity. Now it seems that a new Nokia Windows Phone device has been outed in the form of the Nokia Champagne, whose name we’re guessing will be changed once its made its way onto the different carriers.

Not much is known about the device, not even how it looks like, but further digging by various sources have uncovered that it is running on Windows Phone 7.10.8711, suggesting that this is a Windows Phone Tango build. Tango is the build of Windows Phone that will be targeted at more affordable devices, so perhaps the Nokia Champagne could be a budget Windows Phone device for all we know.
