HTC Sensation XL available in the UK for £486

Fans of Beats Audio will be happy to hear that the HTC Sensation XL is apparently available now in the UK for £486 off contract, whose price tag may still be acceptable to those who’d rather not be tied down to a contract.

The HTC Sensation XL is the first handset from HTC that features Beats Audio technology integrated into the handset. What this entails is when a user plugs in a Beats Audio headphone, the phone will switch to the Beats Audio software which supposedly will pump better audio quality through your headphones, although we have to try that out for ourselves.

As far as hardware specs are concerned, the HTC Sensation XL will sport a 4.7” display, a 1.5GHz single-core processor, 768MB of RAM, an 8MP camera that is capable of 720p HD video recording, a front-facing camera, 16GB of internal storage and will run on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3.
