ASUS Transformer Prime could be released on the 19th of December

Can’t wait to get your hands on ASUS’s quad-core Transformer Prime tablet? Well, according to a leaked internal screenshot of Gamestop’s system, it seems that the company is expecting the tablet to be made available come 19th of December. Pre-orders are now open so if you want to get your hands on the tablet before everyone else, placing a pre-order might be a good idea.

Of course we can’t confirm that Gamestop will actually release the tablet on the 19th of December, although to be honest that’s kind of pushing it already. After all ASUS has promised that the Transformer Prime tablet will be made available in US markets by the end of the year and other markets in 2012, so 19th of December would seem like they’re cutting it really close.

Either way if the ASUS’s quad-core offering has started to make you salivate, mark down the 19th of December on your calendar and see if that date will hold true. You could even get it as a Christmas present to yourself should you choose to.
