Prepaid customers on Boost Mobile, heads up as it looks like an affordable Android smartphone will be made available for you guys in the form of the ZTE Warp. Based on the rendering above it does look pretty good, and under the hood you will be able to expect a 1GHz processor, a 4.3” 800×480 display, a 5MP camera and all the other usual smartphone features. It will also be running on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3 and will set you back $250.
If you’re wondering why the phone above looks familiar, it’s probably because its international version is probably best known as the ZTE Skate, which was announced earlier this year. It started shipping to the UK last month as the ZTE Monte Carlo, so it looks like it is being called the Warp in the US.
