If you’re in the market for a new tablet, perhaps the Vizio 8 tablet might be something worth checking out, especially since the company is now offering a free 3 months subscription to Hulu Plus if you buy their tablet or if you’re an existing owner. Existing owners will need to update their app to get the free 3 months, while new owners will have the app already installed out of the box. Hulu Plus can be extended after the 3 month free period for $7.99 a month.
A quick recap for those who are unfamiliar with the Vizio 8: it will sport a 1GHz processor under the hood, an 8” 1024×768 display, a front-facing camera, 2GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot and will run on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3.2 using Vizio’s customer UI, V.I.A Plus (check out our review here).
