Owners of the Samsung Captivate, a new Gingerbread update for your device appears to have been leaked. At the moment it’s not official yet, which means that if you wish to install this on your Android device, a little rooting is required along with some knowledge of the procedure, but for those already with rooted Captivates, it’s not sure what exactly this update will bring but supposedly it will make your device run a lot smoother and stable.
