A while back there was a big hoo-ha surrounding a major security flaw in HTC devices. Good on HTC for quickly responding to the problem, and it looks like Sprint is issuing an OTA update that will address the issue. This update will be targeted at HTC devices on Sprint’s network, such as the EVO 4G, EVO 3D, Shift 4G, Design 4G and View 4G. Even if you weren’t aware of the security flaw, this is an update you definitely do not want to pass on. Head on down to Sprint’s website for more information regarding the update.
