With Apple chasing Samsung across the world, attempting to block Samsung’s products with some success, naturally Samsung would want to retaliate, and they have been attempting to block the sales of Apple’s iPhone 4S in various countries around the world. One of these countries is Italy, but it looks like the judge has favored Apple in this case, and has denied Samsung’s preliminary injunction request. However the judge has allowed both Apple and Samsung to submit more evidence of any patent infringements which will be reviewed on the 15th of December.
