The other day we reported that there could be a chance that both the Samsung Galaxy Nexus along with the latest build of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0, could be revealed on the 19th of October in Hong Kong at the All Things D event. Well it looks like those rumors can finally be put to rest as an invite for the event has been sent out to the media, along with a picture of the Ice Cream Sandwich Android mascot, which to be honest, leaves little to the imagination as to what will be unveiled.
Google will also be doing a live stream of the event at their Android YouTube channel (youtube.com/android), and for those living in the US, the 19th of October 10am Hong Kong time translates to the 18th of October, 7pm Pacific and 10pm Eastern.
