Heads up Motorola Droid Pro users, it looks like the long awaited Gingerbread 2.3 update is finally here. It was expected some time back in May thanks to a leak, but it kept seeing delays and was pushed further and further, until now. The update will bring about the usual changes that come with Android Gingerbread 2.3, such as new features and what not, along with a new look for Motorola’s custom Android user interface. Sadly it looks like more bloatware will accompany the update, so if this bugs you too much, perhaps rooting your device and going with a custom ROM might be a way to deal with that.
