If you thought that the Motorola Droid Razr, aka Droid HD, aka Motorola Spyder was just a rumored device, here’s more proof that it is in fact for real. NenaMark benchmark test results have just outed a device sporting the Droid Razr moniker. This also collaborates the fact that a Droid HD device has recently popped up in Verizon’s Device Management system.

According to the results, the Droid Razr a qHD display of 960×540 and a dual-core 1.2GHz processor will be accompanying the device. The results also show that it is running on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3.5, although when it is released, it could very well be running on Ice Cream Sandwich, or that’s the hope at least.
