Toshiba AT200 revealed

It has been leaked previously that Toshiba has plans to unveil a thinner tablet, which they’re calling the Excite. The unveiling is speculated to take place during IFA but unfortunately it does not appear that it will be happening just yet, but in the mean time it seems that NotebookItalia has gone and done their own snooping, and as you can see in the photo above, that will be how the Toshiba Excite will look like in real life.

It is expected to feature a 1.5GHz TI OMAP processor along with other standard features such as microSD slots, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. For more details stay tuned as we will keep an eye out if and when Toshiba makes their announcement!

Update – it seems that Toshiba has finally taken the lid off the Toshiba AT200, which is more than likely to be the Toshiba Excite. Instead of the 1.5GHz processor we reported, it turns out it will instead run on a 1.2GHz processor and will feature 64GB of on-board storage and a resolution of 1280×800.
