Medion launches smartphone and tablet

If the brand Medion is unfamiliar to you, we don’t blame you. However if you’re on the lookout for alternative tablet and smartphone brands, they have just unveiled at IFA a new tablet and smartphone which may or may not catch your fancy.

First up will be their tablet which sports NVidia’s Tegra-2 dual-core processor and will sport 32GB of internal storage. The smartphone will be featuring a 4.3” display and a 5MP camera and both smartphone and tablet will retail for £400.

Based on the specs alone they don’t seem particularly impressive, and at an asking price of £400 we’re sure that there are other more well-known brands that will provide better value for money.
