Japan seems to get a lot of cool handsets, and frankly we wish some would head our way, but hey, I guess that’s just the way of things. Anyway, one of the phones that will be arriving on Japan’s carrier, KDDI, will be the Arrows Z, which is a handset that was collaborated on by both Toshiba and Fujitsu, with users being able to look forward to an Android handset with a 4.3” 1280×720 display.

It will sport a 1.2GHz dual-core processor under the hood, 1GB of RAM, and on top of that it will be waterproof, with Fujitsu claiming that when immersed under 1.5m of water for a good 30 minutes, there will be no damage to the device whatsoever. It will also feature WiMax connectivity and will run on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3.5.
