If you have been following the whole AT&T/T-Mobile merger news, you’re probably aware that there are many who are opposed to the merger, citing duopoly and anti-competition as one of the main reasons. The DOJ has also filed a lawsuit along with Sprint and Cellular South, and it looks like if you were hoping for a merger by this year you may be out of luck.
The trial for the hearing has been set for a 13th of February date for 2012, although the hearings for AT&T to dismiss the lawsuits set forth by Sprint and Cellular South is set for the 24th of October this year.
