ASUS Eee Pad Slider coming end of the year

ASUS had achieved quite a bit of success with their Eee Pad Transformer, but unfortunately the Slider had yet to make an appearance. Now if a tablet that comes with a built in physical keyboard does it for you, it seems that the ASUS Eee Pad Slider will finally be making an appearance by the end of the year.

It seems that it will be priced at $475 for the 16GB model and $575 for the 32GB model. The tablet will be sporting a 10” display with 1280×800 resolution while running on Android’s Honeycomb 3.2. If NVIDIA’s schedule is on time, quad-core tablets running on their “Kal-El” processor should be showing up this year, but if you’d rather not take the chance and wait, the ASUS Eee Pad Slider could be an alternative for you.
