Looks like a non-major carrier may have beaten Sprint at offering the Samsung Galaxy S2 at a subsidized price. Alaskan carrier, GCI, is now offering up the much-anticipated Android smartphone at only $99 on contract! The Samsung Galaxy S2 that GCI is offering will also feature HSPA+ connectivity.
