T-Mobile to implement pay-per-use data charges this September

Just a quick heads up for T-Mobile customers. It seems that the carrier will rolling out hte Pay-Per-Use data feature for customers who currently are not on a data plan. It’s expected to start 15th of September and while technically the new feature will not cost you anything, for those who are not on data plans should probably keep an eye out on how much data you consume.

When it comes to PPU, the tariffs are much, much higher compared to a paid data plan, so unless you’re sure that you will not accidentally be using mobile data, it’s probably a good idea to subscribe to a data plan before you get the shock of your life when you see your next phone bill.
