One click root for the DROID 3

Much like how there’s the one-click jailbreaking for iOS devices at Jailbreakme.com, there’s now something similar for Android devices, but unfortunately it looks like it’s only applicable for a limited number of Android device. For those who are daunted by long instructions and are generally inexperienced in these sorts of matters, perhaps this DROID 3 one click root method might make things a little easier for you.

Just head on down to RootzWiki for the full set of instructions (which are pretty short). The one click root method is expected to be able to work for the DROID 3, Droid X,  Droid X2, Droid Pro, Droid 2 Global, Cliq and Cliq 2. Take note that this is done at your own risk, despite how deceivingly simple it may look, there’s still a chance of messing up somewhere, so best make a backup of your phone’s data before proceedng!
