Nissan Leaf gets its own app

Do you own the Nissan Leaf electric vehicle? If you do it looks the company has released apps for both Android and Blackberry. Chevy Volt owners are probably thinking that this is old news, as they too had an app for their vehicle which allowed them to lock/unlock the car doors and even check on battery levels.

Well the Nissan Leaf has added more features such as the ability to remotely activate the charging of your vehicle, monitor the charge, estimated driving range along with the ability to adjust the vehicle’s climate control. It’s really no surprise that our smartphones and our cars are starting to see an integration. Who knows what other features we will be able to incorporate in the future?
