More evidence of tampered evidence in Apple vs Samsung case?

If you have been following the ongoing legal battle between Apple and Samsung in Europe, you’re probably aware that Apple has attempted to get even Galaxy smartphones banned in the Netherlands, while previously it had only seek to get Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets banned.

There has also been some controversy surrounding the evidence that Apple had presented the German courts, where the Galaxy Tab 10.1 was photoshopped and made to look similar to the iPad 2, which was the evidence they presented to ask for a temporary injunction.

Well now it appears that a similar controversy has hit the Netherlands, and this time it seems that the Galaxy S has been tampered with to make it look similar to the iPhone in terms of dimensions. As you see in the purported evidence above, even the screen has been made to show its design is similar to Apple’s iOS.

What do you guys think? Apple taking things a bit too far? Or are they attempting to stall their competitors until the iPhone 5 and iOS 5 has been released?
