Remember not too long ago we reported that HTC would be unlocking the bootloaders of their devices? As it turns out, HTC has released a web tool on their HTCDev website which would allow users to officially unlock their device’s bootloaders. Unfortunately when it was first released, only the EU version of the HTC Sensation was able to unlock, but now HTC has added the EVO 3D to the list.
So for those of you who owns Sprint’s EVO 3D, just head on down to HTCDev to unlock your device’s bootloader today! Other HTC devices will be added to the list over time although if you’re so inclined there are probably other ways around it.
