BootFlash Lite lets you change your Android’s splash screen

Published

If you don’t like the splash screen displaying the logo of your handset’s brand or carrier and you would like the flexibility of being able to change the splash screen whenever you want, thanks to the developers at XDA there is now an app that will allow you to do just that.

The app in question is called BootFlash Lite and what it does is that it uses the images stored on your phone, which you can select to change your device’s splash screen. Naturally this would require your device to be rooted and at the moment it is compatible with the HTC Inspire 4G, Desire HD, Vision, Thunderbolt, G2, Desire Z, Droid Incredible and Evo 4G.

If you’re interested in getting your hands on the app or you want more information, just head on down to the forum thread here.
