Sprint offers $50 free credit to their customers if they stay on

With the AT&T and T-Mobile merger looming, it looks like Sprint is not holding back when it comes to trying to make their customers stay with them (is this one of Dan Hesse’s “war” strategies?). They had previously offered new customers a $130 discount to leave their current carrier and sign up with them, and now it looks like they’re targeting their existing customers with free $50 credit.

How the offer works is that customers who have 1-2 months left in their contracts, or who are 1-2 months past their contracts will be eligible for the free $50 credit if they sign up for another 2-years with Sprint. To be honest the $50 credit does not seem like a lot, but it’s the gesture that counts!
