Samsung Hercules to be launched in September?

A couple of months back we had reported on an upcoming Samsung device which was codenamed Hercules, and judging by the specs of the device, it sounds like it could live up to its codename of being a powerhouse of a device. At that time, the rumored launch date for the device was expected to be around August, now thanks to new speculation, a new launch date of September 26^th was set.

“Why is that so significant?” you may ask. Well other than the fact that the Hercules will be packing quite a punch, September is also the rumored/speculated time where some of the top devices are said to be making an appearance – the Samsung Galaxy S II, the Motorola DROID Bionic, and of course, the much anticipated iPhone 5.

For now, the date still remains a speculation, but if Samsung were to launch a high-end device, then launching it in September seems about right, especially if they’re hoping to muscle out the competition.
