LG Optimus 3D available for 500 GBP from Carphone Warehouse

Good news if you’re living in the UK because it looks like you could get your hands on the LG Optimus 3D for 500 GBP off-contract from Carphone Warehouse. Carrier wise, you should be able to expect carriers in Europe to be carrying the LG Optimus 3D for 35 GBP a month on contract, all except for Vodafone, because if you remember, we had reported a couple days ago that Vodafone in Europe had dropped the LG Optimus 3D in favor of the HTC EVO 3D.

A quick refresher for those who have already forgotten about the LG Optimus 3D. Processor wise LG is calling it as “Tri-Dual” which basically means that it is a dual-core CPU with dual-channel RAM and a dual-channel board configuration. It also features a 4.3-inch WVGA display that is capable of displaying 3D content without the requirement of special 3D glasses, much like the Nintendo 3DS. The dual-camera configuration on the back of the phone is capable of capturing stills and video in 3D as well and with the ability to record 3D video in 720p resolution, or 2D video in 1080p resolution.
