If you’ve ever wanted to customize vehicles while on the go using your smartphone, perhaps GMC’s latest app will be something you might be interested in. It basically allows you to research the vehicle of your dreams, or the one that you plan on buying next month. You can also customize it further i.e. drive-type, trim, and both exterior / interior colors. We’re not sure if the app is such a good idea since not many of us shop for vehicles like we would at an app store or eBay, but it’s still pretty novel and we guess if anything it’s good motivation to save up for that dream car!
When you’re done customizing your vehicle, the app will also point you in the direction of nearby dealers carrying exact replicas of the vehicle you have just customized. Obviously no price quotations are given. If you’re interested, the app is available for free and it is currently only available on iOS, although an Android version should be coming out soon.
