Final Fantasy Tactics for iPhone delayed again

If you were hoping to get Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions on iOS that was supposedly scheduled for June, it looks like you may be in for a disappointment. As you can tell, it’s already July which means that FF Tactics has been delayed yet again, which means those of you eager to play the port on your iOS devices will have to be patient.

However assistant producer Shiina did come forward and apologize and said that the game should be out in July, although no specific date was mentioned, but at least that’s better than sitting around and waiting.

iPad users however will have to wait an additional month for the iPad specific version of the game which means they might be seeing it some time in August. It has also been reported that the game will not run on any iPhone that is before the 3GS, so it looks like first and second generation iPhone users are out of luck.
