It wasn’t too long ago that the Samsung Galaxy S i9000 got the Gingerbread 2.3.3 update but it looks like the updates won’t be stopping there as the good folks down at SamFireware have managed to uncover an update that would bring the Samsung Galaxy S i9000 up to Android Gingerbread 2.3.4 which by all accounts should be fixing some of the security flaws in the Gingerbread 2.3.3 build.

Despite the Samsung Galaxy S II already out and doing extremely well for itself, it’s good to know that Samsung has not forgotten about their flagship phone just yet. The download is not official but if it’s been leaked it’s only a matter of time before the official version gets pushed out for updates. For those of who are can’t wait just head on down to SamFireware’s website for more details and the download links.
