Speaking of budget phones, Huawei, one of ZTE’s main competitors in the budget-friendly electronics market, has released two new phones. One is a budget phone, better known as the Sonic for their customers in Turkey and at the same time they’ll be releasing a high-end phone named the Glory for Cricket USA.

The Sonic which is aimed at the Turkish market will come enabled with NFC which is an interesting move as carriers in Turkey have been planning, or have already launched, NFC payment services so with the arrival of the Sonic it would give Huawei a leg up especially if they’re looking to attract users in Turkey who are looking to get their hands on NFC enabled smartphones.

On the other side of the spectrum, the Glory will be Huawei’s first high-end offering for Cricket USA’s lineup which will be featuring a 1.4GHz Qualcomm processor and 2GB of RAM while running on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3 on a 4 inch 854×480 TFT display. Staying true to their budget-friendly roots, the device will be offered for $300 off contract which is a pretty good price considering what you will be getting in return.
