Gingerbread Shows Up On Sony Ericsson’s X10

Sony Ericsson X10 users it looks like Sony Ericsson still has you guys in their thoughts because if you were worried that you won’t be seeing the Gingerbread 2.3 update on your device, you may be wrong and the update may be heading your way pretty soon.

The update should be bringing a brand new kernel, 10 million color support and very possibly an unlocked bootloader, following Sony Ericsson’s latest policy on that issue. No word on when the update will be ready and pushed out but check out the demo in action here. Chances are that it ought to be soon.
