BlackBerry PlayBook OS Update?

When our other site Ubergizmo reviewed the Blackberry Playbook, one of our gripes with the otherwise good device was that it did not come with several key native apps, such as apps for email, calender, contacts, Facebook, and etc and we had hoped that perhaps in an update to the operating system we should see those native apps come about to the tablet.

Now rumor has it that there is indeed an update that should be rolling out for Blackberry Playbooks on the 6th of June, as reported by Ronen Halevy of BerryReview. No change log or official word regarding the update is out yet which means that this could be nothing as far as we know, or perhaps there will an update but according to Ronen, the update is not ground breaking, so perhaps we will not be seeing native apps.
