Android Froyo 2.2 Finally Arriving For T-Mobile UK Motorola Defy Users

Android firmware updates are notorious for being late, which has left many users frustrated after seeing their friends enjoying the latest update, while they are left with an older version of the firmware.

Well back in November 2010, T-Mobile UK promised their Motorola Defy users that they would receive the Froyo 2.2 (yes you read that right) update in Q2 of 2011. They may be slightly late, but we guess better late than never!

The tweet, as pictured above, says that the update will roll out come start of July, which is only less than a day away, so on behalf of T-Mobile UK Motorola Defy users, we hope that the updates will come on time.
