Verizon’s iPhone, Not Much Impact

When the iPhone 4 was announced that it would be available on Verizon, many thought that it would either have no impact as most would already be holding out for the iPhone 5, or it would have a huge impact and steal most of AT&T’s customers away. As it turns out the effect was negligible at best with all wireless carriers reporting strong results and increasing subscriptions, with the lone exception T-Mobile of course.

However with the announcement that the white version of the iPhone 4 will be arriving to Verizon and no signs of the iPhone 5 in sight perhaps we might see a bigger jump in Verizon’s numbers as users still holding out for the iPhone 5 decide to just bite the bullet and go with the white iPhone 4 instead.

At the moment it does seem that Apple is indeed milking the iPhone 4 for all its worth.
