Want to jump aboard the 4G/LTE bandwagon? That should not be too much of an issue with new handsets like the Samsung Infuse 4G and HP Veer 4G, that has just arrived at AT&T stores yesterday. Well, the Samsung Infuse 4G currently holds the distinction of being the largest smartphone in the US, thanks to its 4.5″ Super AMOLED Plus display at 480 x 800 resolution, coupled with a 1.2GHz processor (no dual core here), 21Mbps HSPA+ cellular data, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a front facing 1.3-megapixel camera. No Android 2.3 Gingerbread here as you will just have to make do with Android 2.2 Froyo instead. Since it is a high-end smartphone, you can expect to fork out the now industry standard $199.99 on a new 2-year contract.

As for the HP Veer 4G, it occupies the opposite end of the spectrum by being one of the smallest 4G phones around, no thanks to its 2.6″ display at 320 x 400 resolution and a slide-out keyboard. This is the seminal webOS handset that was specially designed during the HP era, getting along faster with a 800MHz Snapdragon processor alongside 14.4Mbps HSPA Internet access and webOS 2.1. AT&T will be selling the handset for just $99.99 on a contract.

Any takers?
