Danger Back Together To Work On Android Hardware

Danger Incorporated – the group that brought us the iconic Sidekick device have reunited albeit rather quietly. Andy Rubin who is now the SVP of mobile at Google rejoins his former compatriots Joe Britt and Matt Hershenson, both of whom according to Fortune have joined Google quietly in the past 12 months.

They will be running Android’s new hardware wing of the company which is supposed to be focused on accessories. Although there are no confirmed reports of Google making its own accessories it would be rather interesting to see what these guys can come up with. Perhaps even making a Google branded mobile phone?
